STEALING LAND
Feature fiction, in distribution
When two couples meet to discuss an innocent schoolyard game, a simple conversation spirals into chaos. What began as children playing “Stealing Land”, which consists of drawing territories in the sand, takes a sharp turn when one of the boys declares himself Palestine. Suddenly, a harmless game becomes a reflection of global conflict, and the living room transforms into a battlefield of egos, beliefs, and buried tensions.
As wine flows and tempers rise, polite conversation collapses into a ruthless duel where every word becomes a weapon. Between ideological skirmishes about Palestine, parenting, pellet heating, and pedigree dogs, the evening exposes how fragile our sense of tolerance truly is.
Shot over just two days, Stealing Land is a sharp, claustrophobic satire about how quickly civility crumbles and how the smallest spark can reveal the deepest fractures of our time.

ARISTOCRACY
Drama series, in preproduction, shooting in oct/nov 2025
When three sisters reunite in their crumbling ancestral castle for the youngest’s wedding, they expect family chaos and not a descent into psychological horror. As the celebration spirals into madness, buried traumas resurface, time begins to fracture, and the castle itself seems to turn against them.
Blending gothic horror with pitch-black comedy, Aristocracy is a five-part psychological thriller about inheritance of property, pain, and guilt. With the dying patriarch upstairs and ghosts, both real and metaphorical, stalking the halls, the family’s carefully maintained facade begins to rot.
Darkly funny and deeply unsettling, the series explores how trauma infects generations and how the pressure to appear “normal” can twist reality itself. Think The Haunting of Hill House meets Succession meets Pride and prejudice, wrapped in the eerie beauty of Eastern European decay.

OVERTIME
Feature film, in postproduction
Klara’s uneventful life in a small border town takes a violent turn after a drunken night spirals out of control. Fleeing through the dark countryside with the law on her tail and guilt closing in, she believes she’s running toward freedom, until she discovers she can’t escape herself.
Overtime is a psychological drama – thriller set on the Slovenian–Austrian–Hungarian border, blending the tension of a thriller with the quiet despair of small-town life. What begins as a night of reckless abandon becomes a haunting journey through guilt, fear, and self-destruction.
Drawing on real encounters and the atmosphere of isolation during the pandemic, director Áron Horváth Botka captures the suffocating rhythm of life on the margins where the greatest prison isn’t a place, but the human mind itself.
